JM-LaserTec ensure each projector is perfect and reliable manufacture, while providing customers with comprehensive after-sale protection.
Transport—"one-stop" transportation, ensure the fastest and most secure transport process to the destination; Special  outsourcing boxes protect the product without any damage during this process;
Training —Professional engineer coaching operating of products, and providing information of equipment for maintenance and repair.
After-Sale ServiceJM-LaserTec will strictly comply with the relevant national law and enact after-sales service policies in accordance with "China Consumer Protection Law", "Specific Terms of China Product Quality Law" requirements and the "Three Guarantees" relevant regulations. Provide the services as follows:
1.      Within the period of warranty contract, engineers will repair and maintain the equipment regularly.
Warranty period is counted from the date of invoice and defined as below :
Projectors: 3 years;
Laser Source:20000 hours;
Cooling system :1 year;
2.      Hotline and after-sales E-mail is open for 24 hours/day, and process or reply your questions within 24 hours;
3.      After equipment installation is complete, any problems caused by non-human factors occur when normal operation within 15 days, equipment can be replaced with new one unconditionally;
4.      Any failure occur within warranty period of products, we provide free repair and parts of replacement. If any failure occur beyond this warranty period, we will be charged fee (labor costs, replacement costs, home—service costs).
NOTE :
According to national regulations, free warranty is not applicable and service fee will be  charged should below cases occur:
4.1   Projector is damaged due to improper operation (including being dropped or shaken) by user.
4.2    The Three Guaranty warranty period has expired.
4.3    Projector is dismantled by user, or product ID is altered.
4.4   Projector is damaged due to accidental hazards or force majeure, like fire, floods, earthquake, thunder stroke and gas explosion.
